As we continue to work through training our newest employee and as the county continues to grow, we are doing our best to manage the increased volume. We want to again thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.
- During the week of October 6th through October 24 the Drivers License office will only be open Monday – Tuesday (9:15 am – 4:30 pm)
- Please note that on October 13th (Columbus Day), Monday, the office will be closed.
- Please plan to show up early due to potential higher volume.
*** NOTICE: Sandpoint Drivers License Office ***
- During the week of September 29th through October 3rd only those with appointments will be served.
- No walk-ins during these dates.
- The Priest River location will be serving walk-in customers during this time (plan to show up early due to potential volume increase).
- This will also be the case for October 14th (Tuesday).
FREE BOATER SAFETY CLASS - NOVEMBER 8th
The Bonner County Sheriff’s Office will be hosting a FREE Boat Idaho safe boating class in the training room at the Bonner County Sheriff’s Office Marine Division building on November 8th. The class will cover topics such as state and county boating laws, rules of the road, safe boating practices, safety equipment requirements, navigation, boating etiquette and specifics related to Bonner County waterways. The class will begin at 9:00 a.m. and will last approximately six hours so you may bring snacks or a lunch if you like.
